All Rewards Sent Out!

Exciting news! All* the rewards have been sent out! I've been mailing out the decks over the past month (I'm a one person operation so it took a little bit!), but the last batch just went out today!

* I do have a couple folks who need to update their credit cards to complete their payments before they can be sent out, so if you haven't received a deck and don't get an email with a tracking number in the next couple days, please check that Backerkit has your correct payment info!

I just mailed out the first batch of decks to backers! I will be working my way through sending out the rest of the decks over the next few weeks. I am very excited for you all to have them in your hands very soon!

All the Hanabi-shi Oracle decks arrived from the printer today! So exciting and they look amazing! Don't forget to make sure you have filled out your Backerkit survey and have the right address filled out because I am going to start shipping decks your way soon!

Hi All!
The deadline for completing the Backerkit survey is coming up this week - please complete surveys by August 31st, after which I will be locking in orders and charging cards for shipping and add-on orders. I will wait to lock addresses until right before shipping in case anyone is moving this Sep 1st and needs to put in a new address! If you have any questions about the survey process, please either contact Backerkit for tech support or contact me directly and I will be happy to help you out.
If you didn't select a physical reward tier, you don't need to put in your shipping info, although you have the option of purchasing add-on rewards through the survey.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on the BackerKit project page at https://hanabi-shi.backerkit.com.

Sending Backerkit Surveys Soon!

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
I opted to include shipping after the campaign to allow for the most accurate estimates possible and to not overcharge. So even if you don't select any add on items, there will still be a shipping fee. Please note that international shipping fees do not include taxes and duties. If you know me and live nearby, you can select the local pickup option.
